I’m Tracy, founder of Wandering Palm Food Tours. I created Wandering Palm to bring together two things that have always mattered to me: the way food connects people and my love for the Orlando I call home.
OUR ORIGIN STORY
I grew up in a big Italian-American family where gatherings revolved around food and feeding someone was one of the clearest ways to show you cared. That stayed with me. Later, managing gourmet food shops in Central Florida deepened my love of great ingredients and introduced me to the people and stories behind the food.
Orlando had its own pull on me. After visiting for years, I eventually made the city home. Wandering Palm grew from those two loves: bringing people together around food and introducing them to the neighborhoods, locally owned businesses, and people that make Orlando feel like Orlando.

When I started Wandering Palm, I wanted to create the kind of experience I love when I travel: finding the places locals love, meeting the people behind them, trying something delicious, and coming away feeling like I understand the destination a little better.
Orlando is so much more than many people ever get the chance to see. I love introducing guests to its neighborhoods, locally owned restaurants and businesses, and the people who make this such an interesting place to call home.

Tracy created Wandering Palm from her love of food, travel, and discovering the places that make a destination feel local. She loves introducing guests to Orlando’s neighborhoods, locally owned restaurants and businesses, and the people behind them.
Born and raised in Central Florida, Dave knows Orlando inside and out. After being retiried from a career in insurance, he joined Wandering Palm and quickly became an invaluable part of the team. His easygoing personality, knowledge of the area, and natural way with people make him a wonderful host for our guests.
