ABOUT THIS CLASS
Learn how to build a beautiful cheese and charcuterie board while picking up the tips and techniques to recreate it at home.
In this hands-on Orlando cheese and charcuterie class, you’ll learn about different styles of cheese, portioning, pairings, accompaniments, and simple styling techniques that make a board look as good as it tastes. Whether you’re building one for a party, a special occasion, or just for yourself, you’ll leave knowing how to put it all together with confidence.
Each guest creates their own individual cheese and charcuterie board, perfectly portioned for one. An appetizer and non-alcoholic beverage are included to enjoy while you build, followed by time at the end of class to enjoy your finished board. Between the appetizer and your board, there is plenty to enjoy and, for many guests, it can easily serve as a light meal.
Classes are offered at select locations throughout Orlando, with public classes as well as private experiences for celebrations, friend groups, and corporate events. No experience is needed, just come ready to learn, create, and eat some really good cheese.
Our public cheese and charcuterie classes pop up at different venues around Orlando throughout the year, with new themes and experiences along the way. Check out what’s coming up and select the corresponding date on the calendar to reserve your spot.
